Return Policy

MadAthlete wants its customers to be completely satisfied with his/her purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchases as long as it in its ORIGINAL condition (must be in RESALABLE Condition). All original packing materials (product box) and product information must be returned as well. We, however, cannot accept returns or exchanges on any Climbing Equipment due to liability laws.

Amazon manages all customer returns and refund on our behalf. If you have questions on how to return an item or on the status of a refund, please login into your Amazon account for instructions.

Please note: 

• Customers are responsible for paying for any return freight. Additionally, Returns or Exchanges that bring the total order value to less than the Free Shipping level (if sent originally via Free Shipping) may be charged shipping at that time.
