 great water bottle...and pretty too! May 03, 2010

I just got my first Waterbox bottle over the weekend and LOVE it. The designs are really pretty-maybe a little too pretty since I had a hard time choosing one. I ended up with a pink bottle with paisly on it. It is rugged enough that if my baby throws it on the ground I know it won't break. I love that I can throw it in the dishwasher and don't have to worry about it getting ruined.
This won't be my last Waterbox bottle.

I have two Waterbox bottles that I use everyday. I have the black one with the hearts on it and I get more compliments on it then any water bottle I have ever had! I also have a square plastic one which is really light and cool looking. I fill each bottle with ice cubes in the morning so that limits my choices for water bottles. Waterbox bottles have the perfect sized opening - perfect for ice, but not so big that the water goes everywhere. I think the designs are very cool and I had trouble picking which ones to get! It is also great that they can go in the dishwasher so you don't have to worry about the cleanliness of your water.

I found this bottle while on a camping trip. The design is perfect and functional. The bottle is so beautiful that it stands in a class of its own. I have since gifted these bottles to friends and family and they LOVE them!! They are perfect for kids as well as adults and the best thing about these bottles is that they are totally safe and easy to use. It's easy to add ice and they can go into the dishwasher!! It is nice to know I can help save the planet by using these bottles but it is even better to have such cool designs and colors to choose from. I have started a collection!! Thank you, Water Box!!!!

I think I had a case of "over-searching" for a new water bottle because I was looking for a double-walled bottle. Must've mixed this one up with other reviews. Either way, the cap didn't feel like it was threaded for that bottle. It is a short twist, but it's not smooth at all. Feels like the plastics of the thread are rubbing against each other. I returned it because I didn't want to have that weird rubbing feeling every time I opened the bottle. Not what I expected for such a pricey bottle.
Didn't even bother to test out the bottle in action because of the issue with the cap.
Also, a lot of the reviews for this product seem fabricated as many reviewers have only reviewed this one product. As of this review, I can only find 2 other legit reviews. Not the way a company should sell their product. If you make a good product, then the good, legit reviews will follow.

I purchased this water bottle to do my part to keep more plastic bottles from landing in the landfills. Love the design. Love the colors. This is my third stainless steel water bottle. (I have a Sigg and Klean Kanteen.) At this point, Waterbox and Klean Kanteen are tied for favorites!
