5The Stick  Jan 11, 2009 By Karen Wellikoff
bought this item for my daughter who is a professional dancer. Its easier to carry than a foam roller and she loves how it works

5Awesome Sauce  Nov 08, 2011 By Amanda
I love this thing. Use it at least twice a day. As a competitive cyclist, my quads and IT bands get incredibly tight, so the Stick definitely comes in handy.

5Awesome piece of equipment!  Aug 07, 2011 By Luis
I bought this when I started running, and has allowed me to advance with less pain and suffering. I went "from couch to 5k-every other day" in less than 3 months! I use it before a run to warm up the muscles, and after a run, to relax them; and in the evening, before going to bed, i might use it again, if I am particularly tired. My 17 year son old started using it during tennis camp and now we are starting to "fight" over it. My wife has restless legs syndrome and has discovered, finally, that I was right. Finally, I have recommended it to several with fibromyalgia, and all I have heard is how much better they feel.

5Great product  Jun 08, 2011 By Kusuma J Sharma
We were concerned about the smell that some of the reviewers had reported. We were very pleasantly surprised when we saw that the product that we got had no such issues. It seems like the bad odor problem has been taken care of :-)

The stick works great for our daughter who is very active in basketball/track/soccer. She takes it with her when she has tournaments so that she can use it after she is done with her activities for the day, to just help her muscles relax. They recommend the use of this stick at Sports Performance centers, which is where she had come across various sizes of this product.

5Sprinter Stick - A Great tool  May 11, 2011 By DH
After attending a workshop for cyclists, I heeded the advice of one of the speakers and bought the original The Stick as well as the Sprinter model for travel (since it is shorter, and stiffer for my really stiff back).

What a great product. I can now more effectively work on my body from neck down to my ankles. A great tool to have for any athlete.
