You DEFINITELY Get what You're Paying For! Dec 19, 2009
By ToM Michelsen Absolutely love them. I've tried a lot of cheaper inserts over the years that they sell at various shoe stores and none ever them ever gave me true comfort like these. I never wanted to spend more than $10 for a pair of insert supports, but my feet were hurting so much after some intense workouts that I decided to give these a try. I love them SO much that I bought a 2nd pair! I use one pair in my work shoes, and the other pair in my sports shoes, and I'm never going to back to wearing shoes without them again.
All you have to do is put them in the over for a little bit, and when they're ready, put them into the shoe you are going to use them in and let them mold to your foot size. They become 100% custom fit to your foot AND shoe. If you need too, you can easily take them out and slide them into another pair as well.
One pair has lasted almost a year and a half and is starting to break in the middle. Will definitely get another pair to replace these soon.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
P.S. REI sports stores sell these as well, found them for $40 there.

Support at last. Dec 30, 2009
By W. Richardson The first time I wore these insoles I ran 5 miles with little fatigue. At the time this was on the longer side for me, but I was running 12-15 miles per week. I got a blister in my arch. Now this sounds like something you would read in a bad review, but think about it, all this running and suddenly I get a blister in my arch. It means I never actually had arch support before. A little more care with my sock selection, some time to heal and I was able to double my weekly mileage. I am now very comfortable running up to half marathon distance. Before these insoles 10k was agony. Just get them!

relieved my feet during cycling Mar 20, 2011
By ISED8 These soles relieved a lot of discomfort with my pearl izumi cycling shoes. I liked the fact that you could premold the shoes to 80% of where they need to be. After cycling on them a few times the molding seemed to fine tune itself to the point of excellent comfort. I would purchase these again in the future.

Insert Soles Sep 04, 2011
By Eugene F. White The best feature of these inserts are the arch supports. Not quite as comfortable as Dr Sholls inserts, but more durable and long lasting.

Cheaper than custom orthotics, surgery, etc. Apr 06, 2010
By Ranty I was using green superfeet in my running shoes, but in one of my feet, I appear to have collapsed the arch through years of pounding and not realizing it. With spring and higher training volume, I need to keep my right foot from rolling in too far toward the arch. I can always feel the tendonitis coming on -- but these have stopped it.
These footbeds have more arch support than the superfeet did, and are even more comfortable. I could feel the difference in the first run. The superfeet will get transferred into the walking around sneakers, where the lower arch support won't matter as much.
These feel like they're doing a great job, but only time will tell if they'll be good enough to help avoid a trip for custom orthotics (which aren't a guarantee either -- read reviews from runners who find these footbeds more useful.
Footbeds, insoles, orthotics, all seem to be sort of a trial and error thing. But if the sole inserts don't cut it for you running, the worst thing you'll get from these is a good pair of long-lasting support insoles for some other non-critical footwear.
