Description

The high density Foam Roller stretches muscles and tendons, breaks down soft tissue adhesion, and soothes tight fascia while increasing blood flow and circulation to the soft tissues. A great tool for stretching, promoting flexibility and Myofascial Release. Alleviates muscle and soft tissue tightness of the upper and lower back, IT band, hamstring, adductors, upper arm, and much more. Using your own body weight and a Foam Roller, you can perform a self-massage or Myofascial release. By applying gentle, sustained pressure on the soft tissues, Myofascial release results in softening and lengthening of the fascia. Myofascial release has been shown to relieve various muscle and joint pains such as IT band syndrome and shin splints as well as improving flexibility and range of motion. Product Design: 6" Diameter x 18" Length. Four color exercise program included!

5Hurts so good  Feb 23, 2010 By Samuel V. Schweizer "Sanateer"
I bought this roller because my physical therapist recommended I buy one. It's great but hurts when I use it. This is NOT a defect of the product. I like the size for storage but it moves around a tiny bit when you're using it.

4worth the $25  Sep 05, 2009 By jessia
This item was suggested to me from my chiropractor.
It's a great item for those who do not have a partner to rub down the occasional sore muscle- a great DIY massager and worth the reasonable price of $25.
