I am one who is not able to eat many of the energy/food bars availabe on the market because I have a son severely allergic to peanuts... which means no peanut products for me. This bar contains no and is not processed with peanuts. It is a fantastic bar, perfect for a snack or an exercise recovery food. LOVE this bar!

These bars always provide great energy for exercise or regular daily activities without the over-sugar side effects. They keep well and taste great, too.
