Poor Description Mar 16, 2010

Like many vendors, this one doesn't give you dimensions, sizes, etc. Are you supposed to guess.
I enjoy Amazon but they should wake the vendors up to the fact that they lose orders by not giving better descriptions and, in many ways, the cost of shipping. I have cancelled many purchases because I needed more information.
Communication; lack of it cost sales! In a Free Society there is always competition, thankfully.
