5Great product!  Apr 28, 2006 By Radial Saw
I bought this board to help strenghten my ligaments after a minor sprained ankle, and to improve balance for sports performance. I have been using it for a few days now and am very happy. The board is nice solid wood. I expected the bottom to be made from rubber, but it's a hard black plastic that can be easily adjusted to 3 different heights. It comes with a booklet describing some suggested exercises to do with the board. You can't really do it in socks, and bare feet only work so-so. It's best to stand on it with rubber-soled shoes that get a good grip.

5Fitter Classis - exactly as described  May 29, 2009 By Vicky L. Thomas "Cossino"
Adjusts to two different angles (one is "preset", the other is easy to set). Seems well made. Works! Bottom is rounded, so there is not flat spot at rest. Great price compared to other options. I am very happy I purchased this one. Comes w/instructions to get you started. I also like sitting on it (on a stool) to work on my core balance when watching TV, etc.

4seeking a platform to balance life, the wobble board fits the bill.  Feb 07, 2010 By Roger Dodds "Rev. Dr. Roger Dodds"
Well made, easy to operate, strengthened my post op ankle. Wine and the board do not mix. Dr. D.

1Not wood as pictured; plastic refers to the board itself  Jun 23, 2011 By CD_Denver
Based on the photo and previous reviews, I was expecting a wooden board. Instead, I got a cheap plastic piece of junk. I contacted the seller, but they refused to pay for return shipping due to the ambiguous word "Plastic" in the description, although they agreed to waive the restocking fee. Dissatisfied, and will never purchase from this seller again.

5Amazing board!  Jan 09, 2011 By Xudong Liu
I tore my ankle ligaments some time ago, and am now using this board to build up the surrounding muscles and to regain my sense of balance. This board is perfect for that purpose!

Edit: I have been using this board for almost 3 mths now, and it is still awesome. I progressed from standing on two feet on the board for 3 seconds to 10 seconds to 20+ seconds, then raised the bar by standing on one foot. Having mastered that, I am now trying to balance with my eyes closed!
