If you are a snowmachiner that may wander off the beaten path,you should carry this shovel!!I carry mine in a Camelback pack that has a shovel pocket.Although it is a small scoop it can move alot of fresh powder & the small size makes it easy to stow,might even be able to carry under the cowling or strapped to the rack.Shovel is also fairly solid when extended,excellent construction & material.Only reason I didn't give 5
stars was the push buttons used to extend handle are a bit small requiring
taking gloves off,no big deal though.Would definitely recommend to fellow riders.

Well, I had to return the shovel because I did not need it. In the process of returning the item, i inadvertantly include a pair of nail clippers. To my amazement backcountry.com sent the clippers back......! Wow, thanks guys! I really appreciate the time and money. I'll be shopping with you again of course!
