It doesn't add a lot of weight or size to the bottle, it stops the bottle from being cold to the touch, it prevents condensation from forming, and it keeps my water cool for a long time. I use a lot of Ice and it lasts quite awhile in the bottle. And even once the Ice is gone, the water will stay cool for quite awhile. The carrying strap is more convenient to grab than the loop that holds the top on the bottle (which I was using before).
The condensation not forming is a huge benefit, I can safely stick my Nalgene in my backpack without worrying about water getting everywhere.
The only thing I don't like about it is that it really looks like what it does in the picture which I think is pretty ugly. But this is definitely a case of function over form for me - I don't care how ugly it is as long as it continues doing what it does so well.

I can't believe that I had a nalgene bottle for so long and didn't know about this great product. I always got those annoying sweat puddles no matter where I put my bottle. Now, I actually have ice still left in the bottle after 6 hours in 100 degree weather. Amazing. This product adds hardly any bulk and helps you out with another handle to carry your bottle with. The only complaint I can think of would be that they need to offer more then one design, this one is ok, but different colors would be nice.
Overall, do not hesitate one second to buy this product, worth every penny.

This sleeve does its job in that it keeps the liquid inside the bottle cool and makes sure that condensation does not build up outside the bottle.
However, the loop on the sleeve is very poorly attached to the sleeve. After only a day of use the weaving keeping the loop attached has already started to come off and I can no longer carry the bottle with that loop anymore for fear of it ripping completely off.

This product is awesome!! I use my Nalgene EVERYDAY and I always hate leaving a puddle of water when I picked up my bottle. I no longer have that problem, it is like magic. Not to mention that this sleeve keeps my ice frozen way longer than without one!!! I could not be more satisfied with this product. Just wish it would come in more variety of deisgns/colors.

This sleeve has done a great job of keeping water really cold for an extended period of time. Its not too bulky either. The little handle is a nice convenience as well.
Obviously this isn't the same as leaving your drink in an ice chest, but if you leave it in the shade with this sleeve on it and with some ice in the nalgene it will stay cold a long time.
It was definitely worth it.
