4Good addition for FuelBelt  Dec 17, 2009 By Angel Muniz "Busy Bee"
This bag has just enough space for my cell phone and three energy bars. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to carry everything I needed, but it was perfect. It barely fits between the bottles on a four bottle belt, but it is not uncomfortable and I really didn't notice any change in the way the belt fit or felt on me.

4Good addition to fuel belt  Jul 31, 2010 By Derek
After i bought my helium fuel belt I wanted an extra pocket for my long runs. I ordered the Medium and Large. The Large is ridiculously big and I've never used it. The medium is the perfect size. It has an zipper pocket inside the pouch that is perfect to keep cell phone separated from the other items. I have the Droid X (which is a pretty big phone) and it still fits in the medium with room left over for several GUs, bars, keys etc. You'll also have the small pocket that comes with the fuel belt that holds 3 GUs. I would recommend getting the Medium unless you'll be running over 20 miles in one session.

5Good belt pouch, 4 3/4" x 3"  Jan 21, 2012 By Jack H.
This as a pricey but well made little pouch, nice for carrying keys, pocket knife, pen, any small items you'd rather not carry in your pockets. It consists of the main compartment and a smaller internally zippered flat pouch which is barely big enough for credit card sized items. The little red handle on the external zipper is a nice touch, easier to grab than a metal tab or a cord pull. Belt loop is 3" long and sturdy; will take a 2" belt.

4Camera fits  Feb 13, 2011 By Margaret E. Peet "tree hugger"
I bought this for my husband who wants it to carry a small camera in as he runs the Big Sur marathon. The camera fits nicely--he hasn't actually used it yet, so that's all I can say at this point.

5Medium Size Is Perfect For Me!  Sep 28, 2010 By Stephan
The pouch that came with my Fuelbelt was too small. I purchased this pouch in a medium size and it is perfect. I am able to fit my keys and mobile phone with room to spare. There is a separate, zipper compartment inside to store cash or whatever you want separate from the larger, main compartment. I now use both pouches. One on each side of the belt (I have a two-bottle belt). I use the smaller pouch for my MP3 player and the medium-sized pouch for my keys, ID, and mobile phone. The medium size is more than enough room so I would imagine the large size would be a little too big.
