5ROCKS SOCKS!!!!  Jan 17, 2010 By Philip Dubose
These shoe are awesome. I am in the army infantry and run alot at work and train/run all the time at work and off. These shoes are by far the best I have ever Tried. Worth every damn dime ordering 3 more to replace these and to be able to rotate properlly. If your unsure about buying them just get them wear for one week and they will prove themselves.

5Best trail runners money can buy  Apr 23, 2010 By Sokhom Chhim
This is my 3rd pair of Salomons and second pair of this particular type. I'm in the Army and I run on all sorts of surfaces and these shoes can handle anything. I ran the Atlanta marathon in these and they're perfectly adept on pavement as they are on the trail. Buy them, you won't regret it!

5Amazing Shoes, very versatile!  Jun 24, 2009 By Donald Copeland "Bass Addict"
They're not cheap but so far, they are absolutely worth it. I had them for 2 months so I can speak for durability/longevity but they are the most confortable shoes on the planet. Many people have said that you forget you're wearing shoes and I absolutely agree...no pressure points whatsoever. The tread takes a little getting used to because they will shift, almost like you're standing on jelly, especially in warm weather. However, this makes them much for forgiving on trails, so less ankle rolling. Also, they stick like crazy on rocky surfaces and really dig into dirt and muddy terrain. Super light, quick lacing works great and they look awesome; so what else could you want?!

4Trail shoes  Jan 31, 2010 By J. Lafferre "Roberto Ha HA!"
I bought these with one race in mind the Frozen Sasquatch 25k/50k Trail Run. I have worn them once and it was that race on the 2nd of January. the course was hilly and there were a few inches of snow on top of leaves on top of thawing mud. i was very pleased with the fit and feel of the shoes. i also like the snugness i got out of the quick lace system. and the tread on the shoes gave me the traction i needed. highly recommend these shoes to anyone who thinks they may face slippage while running trails. the only complaint i have is one nickel sized blister i got on the inside arch of my foot. but again i wore them only once so far.
