5Milion 150  Nov 11, 2009 By Tyler
I bought the Milion 150 along with the Milion 200 a few months ago, and both are great products. I figured I'd buy both so I could use one as a headlight and one as a helmet light, but having just either one turns out to be enough light. The 200 is brighter but the 150 does what it needs to do as well. The 50 lumen difference isn't drastically different. If you're looking for a lower price alternative to the Milion 200 but still want a great quality product, definitely go with the 150.

5All-in-one package and bright light make a solid way to light up the night  Nov 19, 2009 By T. J. Gill
First, the mount: It's very intuitive on how to get this thing mounted to your handlebars. The mount ring (which accomodates oversized handlebars?) comes with two add-in plastic slats that pop in for a "regular-sized" handlebar configuration. There's also a small rubber slat that you press in so that it doesn't slide around once mounted. All of this is intuitive, but the best part is, there are no tools needed to mount the light. A handy thumbscrew tightens the mount on to the bar, and the light itself has a quick-release plastic tab just like my red Planet Bike Blinky.

There is one awkward thing. The quick release tab that is attached to the light out of the box is held on by one screw in the center. Because this screw is not 100% tight, there is a bit of give, which allows the light to "pan" left and right a bit if you nudge it. I'm sure this isn't on purpose, and I tried tightening the screw, but the only way to get it as tight as it should be would be some kid of rubber washer in there to prevent give.

Now, the light: I made the mistake initially of pointing this down toward the ground a bit to not blind other cars. I wasn't so impressed with it. Then I adjusted it so it was pointing straight ahead, and things got a lot better! This thing light up signs (and lights them up well!) from a couple hundred feet away. It seems to have the brightness of 1/4 of a car headlight, I'd say. It throws this beam in a huge radius, though, which is great. It really "shines" when I take it on the half of my commute that doesn't have ANY street lighting whatsoever. When I am in this pitch black area, I can see the road, any signs coming up, and the contents of the ditches on the sides of the road. Pretty sweet.

I'm sure the 200 model would be brighter, but I'm already spending alot on bike gear getting ready for winter, and am trying to save money where I can. I'd say that if you are going to be in a pitch black area for more than two miles on your ride, or if you really don't mind the extra 30 bucks, hit up the 200 model. With my one mile of pitch black, this model works great for me, and I have no regrets.

Charging: Choice of USB or wall charging is great, and so far (1 full week of use) it's very solid and reliable. 3 hours of burn time per charge mean I only have to charge this once a week. The instructions say to never use any charging cable other than the one provided, but it looks like a normal mini-USB. I won't risk it, though it would be nice to be able to charge my light at work with one of the cables there.

It's odd that there aren't more reviews on this light, but that's probably because it's a new product. Just understand that the ONLY difference between the 150 and 200 models is brightness. The 200 is 33% brighter than the 150. That's the only difference.

2Bright light, but ...  Dec 12, 2010 By Paul Richter "comcy"
I was really impressed with the brightness of the light. I ride bicycle in Moscow, Russia and it's very important see the road in front of you to remain visible on the roads in this city! And this light does the trick. However ...

As the light is unmountable, it is possible to drop the thing. I did. The housing broke and the battery would not stay mounted inside, rendering it useless. The plastic housing for this light is too brittle. My son's Thomas train railroad kit has track make of a plastic that bends a lot but still retains it's shape. This stuff just cracked and broke with what I would call "expected mishandling".

Now if this were a $20 item, I would understand, but for $110, I expect a great deal more from a product. I won't buy from these people again.

(I did super glue the battery into the case, so I am able to continue to use the light, but geez ...)

5Great price and light !  Jul 08, 2010 By G. Singer
The light is very nice. I was really trying to decide between the 200 and the 150. I chose the 150 for price and after reading another buyer comments, I would have to agree. The light is plenty bright enough. The light also holds a nice charge. The flashing option works great in daylight to make drivers aware when your coming up on them to prevent them from pulling out in front of you.

5Best Value for the Money  May 29, 2010 By K. Ridolfi
This light is fantastic. With three settings (high, low, and flash) the light can be used in many applications. I mainly use it at night and the illumination of the 150 on high is sufficient, even in very dark areas. I especially like the quick rechargeable Li-Ion battery, which is encased in the light as opposed to some other lights where there is an external battery connected via a wire (these other lights require you to mount the battery & light). The single mount of the 150 is easy to install and adjust. The light slides off the bracket when not needed, but the bracket stays on the bike. I did a lot of research and could not find a better light for the price.
