Good ice pack! Mar 31, 2011
By James A. Staff Great ice pack for the 15-20 minute rule per hour. It is not for a deep cold pack, but good overall. It will thaw itself out within the 15-20 minutes. I used it for my injuries. I ordered a second one, so I could always have one available while keeping my injury 'iced' down. Don't buy it for wanting a deep cold therapy, just normal icing of muscles, tendons and ligaments. Good for minor injuries.

By Kramer Two of the 4 chambers are not filled very much with gel? Lopsided. I prefer other ice packs I have.
