Wonderful product that works Nov 27, 2009
By L I received this item prompty. I have been experiencing some mild ankle pain due to an injury I sustained two months or so ago - in addition to general foot pain since I have flat feet - and on recommendation from my podiatrist, ordered this item. After the first day of using it, I felt immediate relief. This relief extended to the next day, so I have been incorporating the Fitter First Wobble Board into my routine everyday. It helps enormously with my ankle, and I think this physical therapy is the most effective for ankle pain. Would highly recommend to anyone with foot or ankle pain.

16" Fitter First Wobble Board - Good Purchase! Dec 23, 2009
By A. Roy I researched wobble boards and purchased the Fitter First 16" Wobble Board following a rock climbing-related ankle injury. This was the third sprain to that ankle and wanted a fitness strengthening tool to prevent future injury. I purchased the Fitter First for a number of reasons. The Wobble Board is well built from the grip tape on the surface to the adjustment ball underneath. The solid wooden board rests on very hard plastic, which after about a month of regular use shows no wear, including any scratches (note: I use it on the carpet exclusively). Adjusting the angle from beginner to advanced is easy to learn. We moved up to the intermediate angle (17") one week after receiving it. Both my wife and I agreed that the easy setting (15") was too boring. The intermediate angle provides a good balance of control and difficulty. The board comes with a helpful instructional booklet showing various exercises and stretches. While I purchased this board mainly for ankle rehabilitation and strength building, it's a great tool for stretching and push-ups too. And entertainment! We make up balance games in front of the TV. I highly recommend the 16" board for athletes and/or those looking for a challenging experience.

Highly recommended Mar 29, 2009
By W. Mackenzie Definitely strengthens the smaller muscles in the feet, knees, and legs; the ones required for stability and balance. Easy to use, well designed, and highly recommended to anyone that wants to either improve their game or enhance/repair the muscle tissue which protects the joints.

Great balance training tool Dec 28, 2009

This is a great balance training tool. The durable construction and adjustable difficulty will ensure a challenging workout for a long time to come. The only improvement that I would suggest is adding more grip to the top surface. It can be a bit slippery depending on footwear. Most of the time it's not an issue, but occasionally I would like more traction.

16" Fitter First Wobble Board May 11, 2011
By W. Kerr I've been using it regularly for a few weeks. It is well built and I like the design with a wide variety of angles. It is helping me restore mobility and control to an injured ankle. The lowest angle is perfect for a weak ankle.
