1Lost One Key  Jul 10, 2009 By Alan Cox "arctromba"
This product didn't work.

It slides around on my shoe and you can't make it any tighter. I can't imagine what someone does who has smaller than my size 11's.

I already lost one car key that cost me $150 to replace. Unfortunately, it was one of those security keys that only the dealer can make.

I won't trust this product again.

4Solves my problem: I'm going pocketless, now where do I stash my key?  Apr 06, 2009 By Andy Orrock
Ostensibly, you're supposed to opt for the 'Plus' version of Nathan's Shoe Pocket if want to rig up a low-rent version of the 'Nike + iPod' solution without springing for the Nikes with the built-in holder.

I can't comment on the efficacy of that approach, but it does solve my particular problem: I need a place to stash a key while running. I don't do runners shorts with liners. Under Armour used to make a nice liner-less short with a great little key pocket at the base of the back. No longer. That pushes me towards soccer shorts, which are almost uniformly pocketless.

The Shoe Pocket Plus slips on easily through the laces, stays in position and holds the key in place. I am a notoriously fussy runner, so the fact that I never thought about the pocket or key during my run tells you all you need to know. This product solves my problem.

4Fits well  Jul 01, 2009 By Tara Zimmerman "tee_kup"
The Nathan Reflective Shoe Pocket fits my running shoe well with velcro closure. I bought it to stash my keys but it's too small to fit a key ring so I need to remove the keys. It will fit about 2 keys only (I have a building key and apartment key). I might get the bigger credit card-sized shoe pocket.

1Terrible, terrible, terrible  Mar 25, 2011 By Patricio E. Ramirezv
This is one of the worst products I've ever bought. The pocket is so small I can't even fit 1 (one) car key inside; not even the alarm controler for my car. There's a reason why the dimentions of the pocket are not mentioned in the description.

Unless you're looking for a place where to store a folded dollar bill, or maybe a (one) house key don't buy this item.
